We are always reminded by the media just how important a balanced diet is for us and it is key to stay on top of it in order to maintain a healthy lifestyle. As you can imagine, buying a balanced diet around the world will cost differently depending on where you go.

Data sourced from Numbeo.com, HotelContractBeds created an infographic displayed the facts about a well-balanced diet for different countries around the world. From London, England to Cairo, Egypt, you can see how much a balanced diet would roughly cost you.
